This driver is lucky he had a dash cam to cover his a**!. The man is going down the road, not driving improperly or anything of the sort. A family slightly ahead decides it’s ok to let their son run out to cross the street as the car is passing. The driver swerves best he can, but the child is still hit by the side of the car ( you can actually hear the impact ). The parents attempt go crazy and start to kick the car and yell and curse as the man tries to defend himself. These parents would of definitely tried to sue this man and hold him liable if he didn’t have the video. Clear case of parents not paying attention and then don’t want to take the blame.
