Lil Kim hit the runway for an HIV and AIDS event last night. Kim was joined by Drita from “Mob Wives” and Deena from “Jersey Shore.” Despite what she did to her face, Kim doesn’t look too bad on the runway. See pics of her doing to modeling thing in the gallery.
