You go, wax guy! The wax man, Neil Cobb, claims his statements to the media could’ve been misconstrued and taken out of context! Cobb could have been the answer to Chris Brown’s community service issue is not entirely on the District Attorney’s side! Now he’s claiming, it IS possible that Chris waxed the floors at a Virginia Children’s Center as part of his probation even though he never saw it happen with his own two eyes. Wax man tells TMZ’s camera man that Chris never cleaned the floors while Cobb was in the vicinity, but it doesn’t mean he couldn’t have done it on his own time! “He might’ve did floors, but he didn’t do it with me!” Cobb said, also adding, “I never said the guy didn’t do his community service.” See the footage below!
