The very popular video game Hitman was tossed to the big screen back in 2007. Although the movie didn’t grab the attention they hoped for, they still grossed $100 million worldwide. Fox’s latest investment will star Paul Walker, and be shot in Berlin and SIngapore this summer after Walker completes a global press tour for Fast and Furious 6. Fox sees Agent 47 as a potential gold mine in the states, but feels more certain about its traction in overseas markets, where the video game has moved over 20 million units; Walker has also done very well overseas with the Fast and Furious franchise.
