Lil Za aka Justin Bieb’s New BFF, was caught on the streets by TMZ’s camera crew — and when asked about “syrup” he totally plays dumb then just acts like a smart ass. “Huh, what’s that? I like maple syrup better!” also asks questions like, “What the f**k is sizzurp?” SMH! He also gets wild with TMZ, giving them the finger screaming out, Tupac.
