In order for Larry Gasper to Pay his $14,000 tax debt, he had to do a little scrapping and scrounging, seriously! Gaspers went out on all limbs to get his tax trouble taken care off. Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Dollar Coins, and Dollar bills was all that were used to pay off the debt. Yes, He literally took Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Dollar Coins, and Dollar bills with him to pay his debt using buckets, wheel barrels, and bins!!! Check out the video below!
