You have seen numerous people custom make a car or truck out of parts from other vehicles to make their own version of a certain ride. There have been so called “M5 pickups” seen before, but they are not the real deal like this. This is a full BMW ride that was customized by Car Throttle. They claim the V8 engine kicks out 542HP, so you know it definitely has the M engine. It could come in a 7 gear automatic, or 6 speed manual. I personally do not like how this looks. I feel it takes away from the luxury look you get with BMW, but that is just me. Check the gallery for the other pic and take the poll below and let us know how you feel. Thing is I could actually see this catching on, even though it would not be for me.
