When Simon Cowell left American Idol, many said it would be over for the show. It may have been different but the show still moved on. TMZ bumped into executive producer of the show, Nigel Lythgoe, and he thinks someone else leaving could be the end of the show could be the real difference. But who? Could it be over without Randy Jackson?.. Nicki Minaj? Mariah Carey? Lythgoe was VERY adamant about saying that the show would be completely over without this one cast member, stating this certain someone drives the entire program. “They’re not on an earpiece or anything.
