Police officers took serious action at a San Diego movie theater when they shot at a gunman who entered the theater. The man was suspect after fighting with his girlfriend across the street from the theater. During the fight, people tried to break up the issue but the gunman threatened to shoot them before running into a nearby shopping plaza. As police began to search the shopping plaza, the man ran into a theater where he was spotted by two women. Thankfully nobody was hurt during the ordeal except for the suspect. Read more below.

The shooting happened during Les Miserables at the Cineplex theater. Movie go-ers say that all of a sudden all of the lights in the theater went on and the police officers stormed in, telling everyone to get on the floor and head to the exits. Although there were no threats made at the theater, there were threats made outside of it as well as a suicide note found at the man’s house, according to Yahoo!
