So Sad! Two people were killed and three others were injured following violence after a New Year’s Eve fireworks display. A fight broke out in a bar after a 9p.m. display of fireworks. A 22-year-old was arrested after firing off about 10 rounds. A armed security guard was also in the bar and began shooting at the suspect so the two of them exchanged shots. Read more below.

35-year-old bar customer and a 20-year-old employee were killed during the shooting. A woman and the man that she was with were both injured. The shooter fled the scene, was later apprehended by police, and taken to a nearby hospital.
