After the fiasco last week Instagram decided to go back to the old Privacy Policies they had but it looks like it might be too late. Instagram is the target in a class action suit which was filed late last week in a San Francisco federal court. The class action suit was filed by law firm Finkelstein & Krinsk, according to Finkelstein & Krinsk the confusing privacy laws forced people to delete their Instagram account in a panic because (even though you can reactivate the account in 30 days) people thought their pics might be sold. I personally thing even though Instagram was a little at fault this class action suit is totally out of control. The people that deleted their accounts can always reactivate them because Instagram went back to the old policy, so there wouldn’t be anything about.
