Less than 3 months after learning he had Leukemia and having to leave his team, coach Chuck Pagano of the Indianapolis Colts is back!! He has been a symbol of inspiration for his team while he was away. While they were fighting on the field, Pagano was fighting in the hospital, and fighting during his chemotherapy treatments. Both have worked out. The Colts are heading to the playoffs and they have their leader back. This Sunday will be the first time he coaches since week 3. Check more after the jump.
