Looks like Google is finally doing something about the company they spent $12.5 billion on. According to the Wall Street Journal, they’re working together on a major phone that can compete with the iPhone & Galaxy line of phones with the codename “X Phone”. Hit the jump for more details.
The report says that this phone will be top notch, that includes all the premium features that are currently available, as well as some things that we haven’t seen yet, including a flexible display. One of the major selling points will be it’s camera, which is said to get major boost from Viewdle, a company that Motorola has recently purchased. It will definitely be interesting to see how this plays next year.
