A 23-year-old Indian woman was raped on a bus by a gang of guys and basically tortured. She was raped with a metal rod that destroyed her insides and left her on the edge of death. The unimaginable act has sparked protests in India to wanting justice for the young woman! Although it was thought that she wasn’t going to survive she has spoken and said that “She wants to live!” She also hopes that the men are caught. Protesters also want the death sentence for the group accused and more women’s rights for the nation. It’s insane how such a savage crime can happen and how incredibly brave the woman is to express how much she wants to survive this incident.
