After a week of hysteria, Instagram finally caved in and reverted back to the old privacy polices the company had. As we all the newer privacy polices caused a little bit of chaos though out the week, causing confusion among IG users. IG promised to changed the rule or wording on the rights to sell your photos to big companies. I think not to continue the confusion IG just went back to the old rules that were in place. After reverting back to the old rules IG cofounder Kevin Systrom said that Instagram will “take the time to complete our plans, and then come back to our users and explain how we would like for our advertising business to work”.
