As you can imagine, Robert Griffin III has already trademarked RGIII, RG3, Robert Griffin III making sure no one lives off his name/likeness. As it turns out though, he hired an attorney and created the LLC “Thr3escompany” and submitted further applications for a number of phrases.

“Griffin’s company specified in the trademark applications that his monikers would be used on shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, pants, shorts, footwear, hats, caps and athletic uniforms.”
