A Judge denied Apple request on Monday to ban 26 Samsung smartphones, even though the courts said Samsung infringed on patents that Apple had. On the other hand the judge also denied Samsung a motion for a new trail. Right after Apple filed another lawsuit stating that Samsung’s newer Smartphones infringe on Apple patents.How many times can these 2 go to court for the same thing in different countries. I’m Sure the lawyer are happy with this, while they stack money in their bank accounts.
