Samsung took to their blog to announce a new member of the Galaxy Series. This model will release with the latest build of Android OS, 4.1.2 [Jelly Bean]. The Grand will be paired with all of Samsung’s newly added features making it easier and easier to navigate through the device and get things done. Features, specs & pictures after the jump.
Samsung’s new Galaxy Grand has a 5-inch display, with slightly lower resolution than the Note II & GS III. This device will come in as a mid range device broadening the Samsung Galaxy line up. Direct Call & Smart Alert let you take action all by picking up the phone, to hand or ear. Pop Up Video lets you watch a video with other tasks running in the background. S Voice, the Siri competitor and if you’ve ever seen a Samsung commercial you know all about their AllShare Play feature that lets you share content across Samsung devices using just one account.
