Today a 42 year old MTA worker was arrested for assaulting a passenger.. BUt first hear the whole story…After the bus driver picked up 23 yr-old Rudolph Alexander with a empty metrocard, he told him to get off the bus and Alexander resisted. Sometime during in the argument, another passenger paid for the boy. But on Avenue H and Nostrand Ave, the last stop Alexander got off the bus turned around and spit in the drivers face. The driver then followed him off the bus and allegedly punched him….But is he really wrong?..
