If the IBF will approve Bernard Hopkins as a world title challenger, the aging legend will face Tavoris Cloud for the IBF light heavyweight belt on March 9 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
With Hopkins’ fight date already set for the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and airing on Showtime, Golden Boy’s Richard Schaefer said Sunday that all that stands in the way of Hopkins facing Tavoris Cloud is the IBF’s approval of Hopkins as a world title challenger.
