Amanda Bynes has settled her misdemeanor hit and run case out of court with the other drivers. The actress who came to fame on the hit 90’s show All That, has had a few run ins with the law lately but she was able to settle this case and resolve some of her other legal issues at the same time. Amanda Bynes entered a civil compromise to end her hit and run case according to Court Record but prosecutors wanted to continue criminal charges citing Bynes record of previous instances when she was caught driving without a license and driving under the influence. Defendants in misdemeanor cases are allowed to enter civil settlements to resolve criminal cases for certain crimes in the state of California.
