Verizon released their FiOS app a little over 2 years ago; stripped of the goods from day one. Rumors of a LIVE TV streaming feature were just that. Although the app did have a fancy remote feature there wasn’t much helping it stand out. They just dropped an update for it, and it comes baring gifts for the holiday season !!! With your Verizon FiOS TV and/or Internet Service, users can plug in their Username & Password to get LIVE streaming of over 70+ FiOS channels. Minor catch: you have to be connected to your home wi-fi network. They definitely picked a ton of popular networks to make available.
