A judge is considering to less the blow for Samsung and reducing that $1 Billion. The judge believes Apple and Samsung can come up with a suitable amount. At the moment didn’t say how much she would cut from the $1 Billion payout or what she will do about the Samsung ban also. Samsung requested that the Judge cut more than half of what Apple won. I’m sure if more than half is cut Apple will appeal that the original payout stay and then we will have a another back and forth with Apple and Samsung.
