The 28 year old woman said she was drinking in a bar in Dubai and was pulled out of a cab on her way home where three men took her to an apartment. she said she pleaded with them to let her go but they would just laugh at her speaking broken English. Now two of the men have been arrested and ar ebeing charged in Dubai but there is still one man on the look out.
