According to Examiner:
The sneaker itself is shrouded in a cover that gives it a mysterious look and hides all of the technology in the shoe, which happens to be a very bright green when it is unzipped.
While a majority of the sneaker is covered up (you can wear it unzipped in casual settings and the visible “2” and “3” on the inside of the shroud seems indicate that was a conscious part of the design), the major breakthroughs that many people will not see visually but feel when they wear it is the Jordan Flight Plate, which is an evolution of Zoom Air. Also a featured part of the shoe is the Dynamic Fit technology that works in tandem with the laces for a lockdown feel that does not get in the way of actually playing in them.
* Nike has revelaed official information for the Air Jordan XX8. The shoe will launch on February 15, 2013 in Houston to coincide with the NBA All-Star Game and release nationwide the next day. Price for the XX8 is set at $250.00 a pair.*
