A blogger from Baltimore wanted to send out news to his very last moments! His house was surrounded by police ready to take him away and lock him up from an old warrant regarding a gun case in 2009.  The team was outside of his house waiting for him because he had tweeted many threats to them. Before he surrendered to them he broadcasted his negotiations with the police over the internet.  I guess he really just wanted to create some exclusive news.  He walked out of his home without any hostility.  According to reports he was regularly posting on social media about his status and how cops would try to harm him if caught.
