After their bloody fight the day before Thanksgiving, Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, and her fiance, Olivier Martinez, have come to a peace agreement. The agreement between the two is crucial since Gabriel is the father of Halle’s young daughter, Nahla. Both parties had to head to court to agree on the peace agreement, but one of the parties didn’t show up. I hope these two cut out the nonsense especially since they are both grown adults, and hopefully can get along for little Nahla’s sake. Read more below.

Although Halle and Oliver did not appear in court, Halle’s attorney, Blair Berk, released the following statement.
“The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.”
The statement came from Berk and Shawn Holley, Gabriel’s attorney.
