SMH! It was all good just a week ago. It was just a matter of time for this to happen, but I sure didn’t think it would be so soon! 4 AM this morning, Lohan was arrested cause she got into an argument with a female patron at Club Avenue. The cops arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting the woman. Wow, Lindsay, really? Find out the rest of the details after the jump!
Law enforcement tells TMZ:
Prior to the fight words were exchanged between Lindsay and the woman as they sat in separate booths near each other. Lindsay said something to the effect of, “Give me my space.” Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl in the left side of her face.
Lindsay tried to be slick. By the time that the cops got to the club, she already was inside a car, ready to leave. The police had to intercept, stop the car, to arrest Lohan.
This isn’t her only legal problem right now, back in June she lied to the cops after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She was trying to make them believe she wasn’t driving & that she was sitting in the passengers seat.
Latest news dropped on Lohan is that she’s getting charged for third degree misdemeanor assault. TMZ also reports that Lindsay is “visibly tired.” She’s about to be released but with a desk appearance ticket. This means she will HAVE to be faced court time soon & will have to be seen in front of a judge.
