The man wanted for kidnapping his two children from his ex-girlfriend and shooting at her before setting her Bronx apartment on fire has surrendered, police said Monday.
Fitz Edwards, 29, turned himself in at the 47th Precinct station house late Sunday night. More than 12 hours earlier, at 5 a.m., he kidnapped his son Nahzir, 5, and daughter, Mlyliah, 2, after firing a lone shot at his ex and torching her Barker Ave. apartment.
