Denzel Washington is putting his best foot forward yet again. With a new movie named “Flight” coming out soon, the buzz is on. One of the people talking about Denzel and his new role is his wife, Pauletta. In “Flight” Denzel plays Whip Whitaker, a pilot whom is a stone cold alcoholic and “sniffer”. Whip eventually goes to rehab, but not without arguing, yelling, and fighting everything in his way. Pauletta finds the role a disturbing one and is not at all impressed. Denzel Washington’s wife wasn’t impressed by his latest role of an alcoholic pilot in crime-drama movie ‘Flight’.
The actor, who plays an alcoholic pilot in ‘flight’, admitted his spouse Pauletta was a ‘little disturbed’ by his character.
Denzel said: ‘After a scene where I’m drunk and arguing the whole day, the last thing I want to do is any of those things so it was therapeutic. But my wife was a little disturbed by this one to be honest.’
Denzel’s character fights with his son in the movie but in real life the 57-year-old actor admitted his sons are more physically powerful than him these days.
