She might have got off the hook in a recent case in New York, but she’s not going to be so lucky in California! Lindsay Lohan will be charged with lying to police after her car accident in June, when she told cops she wasn’t the one behind the wheel…after they quizzed her in the hospital while she was being treated for injuries. Though the case will be filed as a misdemeanor, it could spell big trouble for her because of her probation from that jewelry theft case. If the judge finds this in violation of probation, she may really be looking at a lengthy sentence. I doubt she will as she seems to get off scott-free time and time again, but maybe this time will be different!
