Rebecca Van Hooser a resident of Texas claims that she was yanked so hard by a police officer that it caused her breast implant to burst open and leak into her body. She is now in the process of filing a law suit against the officer because once she screamed out in pain the officer told her that she “wasn’t supposed to be comfortable”.
She was pulled out of the car and arrested after Alvarez discovered she had an outstanding speeding ticket.
The suit also said Van Hooser asked for an aspirin while in jail, but Alvarez refused to give her one.
Van Hooser is suing the town for violating her constitutional rights against improper search and seizure.
