An 84 year old man was crossing the street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan against the “right of way” and his foot was ran over and severed by an MTA bus.
“His foot was severed … His eyes were open and he was breathing real heavy, but he wasn’t screaming,” said witness Jonathan Diaz, 24, of New Jersey.
Marc Williams, 49, of Queens, said the victim’s foot “looked like it was completely off and he had bruises on his face.”
