Moving on up! To NJ, that is. Many entertainers and athletes that are either from NY or have to work there tend to either move to a swanky Manhattan apartment or buy a big property in North Jersey. Those with families or that like big parties (Joe Budden pool party, anyone?) tend to choose the latter, as there’s a lot more space to play with. Swizz and Alicia have decided to go that route as well, after selling their NYC penthouse for Eddie Murphy’s SICK Englewood, NJ mansion at a cool $12 million. This place is CUH-RAY-ZEE!
