Apparently this mans parents never taught him to “keep his hands to himself”. A woman riding the 4 Train in Manhattan was sexually assaulted by a complete stranger right in front of other passengers! In attempt to stop this disgusting man passengers told him that it wasn’t right but, he didn’t stop. The man looked “suspicious” when he got on the train at the 96th St. station, Smiley said.
“He gave her a look like he knew her or something, and I turned the music off in my headphones to hear what was going on.”
After Smiley got the footage, he and another passenger “took charge” and confronted the man, he said.
“We told him, ‘That’s not right!’ But he kept touching her, so I kicked her foot so she’d wake up, but she didn’t,” Smiley told Gothamist.
“Then he put his arm around her to try and pull her closer and that’s when she woke up. She gave him a look like, ‘Who the hell are you?’”
The woman punched the man on his cheek “pretty hard” and got off the train, Smiley said. She didn’t appear to be intoxicated, he added.
Smiley says he showed the video to the conductor, but by the time the train was stopped, the man had already left.
