Back in 2008, Lil Wayne welcomed a baby boy, Dwayne Carter III (they call him Tuney, though), with a woman from Ohio by the name of Sarah. She was unknown to the rest of the world but Wayne clearly knew what he was doing, as he’s gotten the most adorable baby boy and zero baby mama drama! In fact, Sarah gets along well with the other ladies in Wayne’s World and his oldest daughter Reginae was at Tuney’s birthday party yesterday. Looks like the 4 year old had quite the day, from the race tracks to the bowling alley with family, friends and cake! More photos in the gallery. Happy birthday, Tuney!
