Vince Young may get a another chance after being cut from the Buffalo Bills. Many thought it was over for him but it turns out he will work out for the Arizona Cardinals on Tuesday. Read more after the jump.
The Cardinals are having trouble in the quarterback position with losing starting quarterback Kevin Kolb for 6-8 weeks because of a sternum injury. John Skelton who began the season as the starter has just returned from an ankle injury.
Both QB’s are battered so the Cardinals will have to bring someone in and well Vince Young is still without a team. The two-time Pro Bowl honoree had his best seasons with the Tennessee Titans from 2006-2010. He has completed 755-of-1,304 passes for 8,964 yards and 46 touchdowns. Also, he has rushed for 1,459 rushing yards on 282 carries with 12 touchdowns in 60 games.
Young has taken quite a fall since then and had a poor season with his last team the Philadelphia Eagles. Despite that it probably wouldn’t hurt for the Cardinals to bring him in as their QB drama continues.
