A father was gunned down in his home in Inglewood, CA while trying to save his family from a gunman. The gunman set the house on fire before he started letting off shots into the home. Police couldn’t even get close to the home to secure the area because they feared the man was still in the home while it was on fire!The father and his four-year-old son were both killed. According to authorities, he may have lived in a house in the back of the shooting victims’ property as a tenant, but was recently evicted. Fronterotta said that he wore a painter’s mask during the attack.
The Los Angeles Times reported that the gunman had known the family for at least eight years, according to Capt. Tom Richards of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
