Just as Juicy J is shooting to the top of the charts with his solo venture “Bands A Make Her Dance,” it looks like his fellow Three 6 Mafia group member DJ Paul isn’t doing as well! AHH reports he was arrested in the Big Apple last night, after he’d stopped at a deli in midtown to buy a beer and left with the open container in a sleeve. A cop started following him and decided to search him, when Paul informed the officer that he had a taser in his pocket. Yikes. It’s nothing too major though, as he was only charged with misdemeanor possession of a weapon and carrying an open container in public. He’ll be out later this morning, though he’s already missed some promo for his new album, the reason he was in NYC at all. You’ll never guess what happened while he was being booked, though! As DJ Paul was being booked, police officers allegedly took photos with him and singing the chorus to his hit single 2005 single “Stay Fly” featuring Young Buck and Eightball & MJG.
Crazy! It was a silly reason to be arrested, if you ask me! They should have handed him a ticket and went on their way. Seems like they just wanted to take photos with the Three 6 Mafia star, smh!
