Congrats to Drew Brees! He broke Hall of Fame quarterback Johnny Unitas’ record for consecutive games with a touchdown pass set from 1956-60.
He tied the record of 47 straight games last weekend in Green Bay and broke it tonight against the Chargers with number 48. Brees connected with Devery Henderson on a 40-yard scoring pass with 3:58 left in the first quarter ofthe Saints’ home matchup with the San Diego Chargers.
