Two times may be a charm for Christina Milian.
Last night, she was spotted out at Mr. Chow’s in West Hollywood with her boo Jas Prince and if the rumors are true, they are engaged.

According to sources out of Houston, Jas (the man responsible for discovering Drake) not only spoiled Christina Milian for her birthday with a ton of gifts like Isabel Marant sneakers, Celine handbags and Christian Louboutin boots, but he also put a rock on her finger. The two hit up Houston a few weeks ago for a party at Club Dekan and where spotted hugging and kissing all night in VIP while Christina showed off the brand new ring.
Apparently, her ex hubby The Dream has a new fiancee as well and this would be his third time getting married if he was to go through with it.
