More insane video clips of Police acting up!  The police officer was in a room with a wheelchair-bound man and a staff member at a rehab center. The 50-year-old man was asked to take off his coat and ended up hitting the officer. The officer then swung back, pummeling the man to the ground.  Click “more” below for the clip!
