Vanessa Minnillo is loving motherhood.
The 31-year-old Wipeout hostess welcomed her first child, son Camden, with husband Nick Lachey on Sept. 12.
On Monday, the new mom shared a black and white snapshot of Lachey, 38, holding baby Camden on his lap. “When I look over and see my husband and my son, my heart melts,” she wrote with the photo. “I am so in love with these two! Count Your Blessings.”
Since giving birth, Minnillo has been lying low at home with her little on. “Sitting in my glider with Camden watching Uncle Drew Lachey on Dancing With the Stars!” she tweeted earlier this week. “We can’t wait to see him shake it!”
Lachey has also become a very proud new dad — and he’s not afraid to share it!
“Officially in cheesy dad mode,” he tweeted on Sept. 17. “Camden is easily the most amazing thing that has happened in my life. Vanessa Lachey and I are truly blessed!”
After Camden’s birth, the couple, who wed in July 2011, told Us Weekly in a statement, “Love has truly been redefined for both of us.”
