Russell Brand just cannot stop talking about his divorce with pop star Katy Perry. In a recent interview on Australia’s 60 minutes Brand used an awkward metaphor to describe his split from then wife Perry. In the interview Brand said, “I think if you’re a devoted tennis professional and you get married to a crystal meth addict, you might have trouble… I’ve been in a lot of trouble.” Ummm are you all confused as much as I am? Russell Brand seems to always discuss the reasons WHY his 14 month marriage to Billboard’s Woman of the Year Katy Perry didn’t work, most recently citing simple incompatibility as the cause…
But to prove his point, the generally HIGHlarious, philosophical funnyman used the most bizarre comparison!
During his interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes, Russell weirdly stated:

Ummm… what silliness is this?!
The reason this comparison is SO strange is that Russell IS known to have had issues with drugs in the past, and is thankfully now sober, but the ‘tennis pro’ comes totally out of left field. Or side court.
