It’s been just about a year since Ashton Kutcher was spotted cheating on his wife, Demi Moore, during their sixth anniversary weekend (which is such a d*ck move, I mean really on your anniversary?!) and the couple are still not divorced. Both actors have moved on and have been dating other people, but neither of them have filed official paper work to legally end the marriage. Maybe they weren’t legally married? Demi released a statement in November 2011, saying that her marriage was over.
“As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life,” Demi said. However, actions louder than words and no divorce papers have ever been filed to end their marriage. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, there is some speculation that they weren’t actually legally married, and the Kabbalah wedding was just a symbolic ceremony.
Now that it’s been a year since the cheating scandal Ashton has clearly moved on and is now dating Mila Kunis while Demi seems to have found a new beau in Kiwi actor Martin Henderson.
