Since the very first talks of Nicki Minaj joining American Idol, rumors have been flying that Mariah Carey wasn’t with it at all. There were even reports that during yesterday’s very first day of taping, Nicki and Mariah had some obvious catty tension, but Mimi shot down all the rumors during an AI press conference. Though you can’t know who to believe just yet, I’m inclined to go with Mariah, only because as I keep saying…if Mariah’s ego wasn’t too big to get an album-less Nicki Minaj on her single in 2009, there’s no reason there should be issues now. “How are we gonna feud in two days?
