A New Jersy man is dead after a wild police chase. The man, who’s name has not yet been identified, was reportedly walking along, when a car crashed into him. The car was involved in a high speed chase with New Jersey Police officers. Six men have been arrested in connection with the chase. It is not yet known why police were in pursuit of the car.

Six people were arrested after a police chase in New Jersey ended with the suspects’ vehicle careening into and killed a pedestrian, authorities said. It wasn’t immediately clear what sparked the police pursuit in East Orange early Monday. Information on charges filed against the suspects also wasn’t available.
