Guard C.J. Watson agreed to a two-year deal with the Brooklyn Nets late Saturday, securing the team’s need for a backup point guard behind All-Star Deron Williams.  Read more after the jump.
The Bulls decided not extend an offer to Watson making him a free agent.
Watson, 29, will play at the veterans minimum and owns the player option for the second year.
Watson is in his sixth year in the NBA and averaged 9.7 points and 4.1 assists in 25 starts with the Chicago Bulls last season.
