Everyone just keeps hoping and wishing that Roy Jones Jr. will retire instead of continuing to humiliate himself and destroy his legacy. Â He actually won his most recent fight but it wasn’t because of his dazzling fighting skills. Â Read more after the jump.
The fight took place in Poland and didn’t air in the US.  Jones fought a relatively unknown replacement, Pawel Glazewski.  At the age of 43, Jones looked pretty slow but still remained faster than his opponent.  Pawel however was more aggressive and even knocked Jones down in the 6th round.
Jones won the fight in a controversial split decision. The scores were 95-94 for Glazewski and 96-93 and 96-94 for Jones.  I hope this doesn’t mean he’ll fight again.  Jones Jr. has lost seven of his last 14 fights, with four by way of KO.
