A third-grade teacher was arraigned Thursday for allegedly molesting an his 8-year-old student at their Harlem school, officials said.

The girl told police that Rafael Sosa, 29, allegedly kissed her on the lips while touching inserting his finger into her private parts, law-enforcement sources said.

The abuse occurred took place over a six-month period ending last week inside a Public School 208 classroom, the criminal complaint charges.

Prosecutors in Manhattan Criminal Court accused Sosa of grooming the girl’s whole family — befriending her mother while buying an iPad, a Nintendo game and sneakers for the girl as well as sneakers and an iPhone for her two older brothers.

Sosa, a married father of a 5-year-old, pleaded not guilty to the two felony counts of sexual conduct against a child and sexual abuse , as well as a misdemeanor count of acting in a manner to injure a child under 17.

Sosa was ordered held on $75,000 bail after prosecutors revealed they had recovered deleted emails, where Sosa encouraged the girl to call him dad while he called her daughter.
